I am a [chocolate fiend](http://dictionary.cambridge.org/us/dictionary/american-english/fiend). There were a couple of times when I lived in Vienna where I droppped whole days worth of wages at a swanky chocolate store that had chocolate from all over the world. Those days, however, are over...

Now, not only can I enjoy[ spanky dark chocolate mixed with chili](http://amzn.to/1NgJiTD), I can be all pretentious about it too because the [Taza](http://www.tazachocolate.com/Process)[ stone-ground chocolate making process](http://www.tazachocolate.com/Process) is inspired by centuries-old Mexican chocolate traditions. A metaphorically more refined, literally less refined product with flavor that melts authentic. All this pantoufling just feeds my chocolate hunger. Go ahead, start your Taza life with my favorite bar.

But wait, there's more! You can [go check out their factory](http://www.tazachocolate.com/Tours/Our_Factory_Store) and try EVERYTHING!
